For some strange reason I haven't been to Ardenne's in a while, but when I did used to go it was top of the list for good quality, locally produced delights. The cuisine is quite traditional, but the food is well thought out and the dishes are beautifully presented. The meat is of high quality, the veg tastes fresh and well cooked, and the service is fantastic. Great, well priced wine list too. Absolutely wonderful restaurant. Couldn't fault it.
