The Elephant in The Mall is a lovely pub with an ever-changing rota of excellent beers. The staff are welcoming and inclusive –as are the customers, and the pub’s garden is a treat in this fine weather: well maintained, sunny and restful, just the ticket for a restorative pint after a hard day’s work!

The best beer in Kent!!

Handily placed just south of the railway station, The Elephant Inn on The Mall is that rarity in Faversham, a flourishing Free House. Theres an ever-changing line-up of top quality beer, from local breweries such as Hopdaemon, Whitstable Brewery and Goachers, and from further afield too. Your hosts Jim & Kim have made the interior of The Elephant comfortable and homely, with low-level lighting, a big open fire in winter and snug alcoves. Outside is a gorgeous walled garden, complete with fish, rabbits and guinea pigs! Theres even a function room available for hire, with free wi-fi.
