Two men charged with Boughton burglary

Two men have been charged following a burglary in Boughton-under-Blean in which high-value jewellery was stolen.
The burglary took place on Monday afternoon (September 26). Robert John Lee, aged 35, of Plantation Road, Faversham, and Oliver David Scott, aged 36, of Cavell Way, Sittingbourne, were arrested later that day and charged with burglary.
They have been remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Magistrates' Court via video-link on Thursday (October 6).
Jewellery estimated to be worth £3,000 has been recovered and a vehicle seized.
