Had the pleasure of sampling Posillipo restaurant by the creek last night. So much more than 'another Italian pizza place' - the food was wonderfully flavoursome and the atmosphere has just the right blend of formality/informality. Quite busy for midweek so the service was a bit slow but I guess they are still finding out how many staff to put on. We will go back.

I must get along there! I haven't visited this creekside spot since the change from Acqua to Posillipo but I've heard only good reports from people who've eaten there, and I seem to remember the Guardian has praised its Broadstairs branch a number of times.
