A 23-year-old Faversham man has been charged in connection with the blaze at Mickey's Diner, Upper Harbledown, on July 29 which left the building next to the A2 gutted.
Daniel Burton of Buttermere, Faversham, was charged on September 23 with arson and theft from his employer. He has been bailed to appear at Canterbury Magistrates' Court on Monday October 17.
